Miscellaneous
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without
regard to its laws related to conflicts of law. The provisions of this
Agreement are severable, and in the event any provision hereof is
determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or
unenforceability shall not in any way affect the validity or
enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof.
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to State of Florida.com.
