The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Cleaning fees will be collected at time of check-in and are as follows- Studio 76.00 USD 1 bedroom 94.00 USD 2 bedroom 111.00 USD 3 bedroom 129.00 USD Minimum age required for check in is 25, guest must occupy the property the entire term of reservtn. Check-in is at 3pm. Check-out is at 10am. Cancel 1 Day Before Arrival. Cancellation penalty is $50.00 not including tax. If cancelled 1 or more days prior to check-in, a cost of first night of stay cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled less than 1 days prior to check-in, a penalty
