Some homes have multiple master suites, character-themed kid bedrooms and extended living areas. Large screen TVs and DVD players, fully equipped modern kitchens with all appliances, full size washer and dryer, bed linens and towels are also found in many homes. All homes are located only 15 to 30 minutes from the main entrance at Disney, as well as many other major Florida attractions. Enjoy the comfort of your home away from home at Florida Store Vacation Homes. Guests must call 1-800-995-9321 or 1-407-846-1722 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to complete the registration form to receive lockbox information and directions to the home. Guests will not be able to check-in without completing the registration form prior to arrival. Pets are allowed at a non-refundable pet fee of USD 75.00 for the 1st pet and USD 50.00 for any additional. Reservations for less than 5 nights are subject to a short stay cleaning fee. Fees are as follws- 3 Bed USD 80.00, 4 Bed USD 85.00, 5 Bed USD 95.00. Pool homes do not share access to the community pool. Pool heating and spas are subject to availability and requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Some homes are equipped with gas heaters, some with electric heaters. Heater fees are as follows- gas heater USD 45.00 and electric heater USD 25.00, both per day. Requests for heaters have a minimum of 3 nights. Not all homes are pet friendly.
